Well I took The Dude for his second , and hopefully last, attempt at an Intro test and it didn't go as well as last time. Saying that I was still super pleased with him. My friends horse wouldn't load so he had to brave up and go on his own, a first, but he was ever so grown up and travelled well and acted like an adult when I was tacking up. He was tense for the first 10 minutes in the warm up and was just beginning to relax when just before 8.40 I was told that I was next in, no I said I am 8.51 sorry someone has pulled out so you will have to go in now!!! How unfair, I have always been asked if I wanted to go in early in that position but never forced to. Needless to say he was still tense during his test but although I left straight away I believe we got a respectable 62%. I am going to call back up because I like to keep my sheets so will doudle check then. So although not as good I could't fault The Dude. Xxx

I do think that is unfair, but good for the Dude behaving very well under trying circs!

That is very unfair and incorrect of the steward. Well done on getting a good score regardless, and it sounds like the dude took it mostly in his stride. Well done!

As above really- you can go in early if you wish but have the right to go at your allotted time, if done in accordance with BD rules. He seems to have really done well in the circumstances so thumbs up!

I hate being rushed in the warm up, it makes it all seem a waste of time! Still, hes behaved brilliantly and was obedient and a great score achieved so even despite that it just shows that all the training is paying off! I like to keep my sheets too! Onwards now to prelim!
