Thanks, dont think ive ever jumped a full barrel before! It was 2 40 gallon drums (as wings) and then a pole on top and a filler underneath. did one of these yokes too! www.countrysideshowjumps.co.uk/content/images/categories/arrow_hedge_flags_(1).JPGWas cacking myself - the barrel jump was on a dogleg and didnt get the first jump right and he stopped at the barrel jump first time so wasnt a confidence building start but he wasnt spooking i just needed to kick on more! Instructor always whacks the jumps up big for me - i normally like to stick to 70s and 80s at home but he had me jumping 90 and 1m! the key with murphy is getting him revved up because if hes not taking me forward then he might not get the stride right and he will sometimes stop if its big and i hesitate cos it looks a bit scary lol! he did a 1m10 table a few weeks ago with another girl, hes got a great jump in him but he hasnt jumped much over 1m.

Good for you Flea! We used to train over single barrels but I don;t think I'd be up for it now and I'm sure as heck Paco wouldn't want to either!
