Took him to the vet today to have his stitches out (post castration) and he was appallingly behaved. He started SCREAMING as soon as the vet touched him and then went on fighting and yowling as she tried to give him a sedative. Such a strong little so and so, too! There were four people holding him down - and he only weighs eight kilos! 
His abdominal wound has healed OK (the retained testicle) but the ball sac is not terrific so she then had to put a new staple in - he went MENTAL - and he has to keep the cone of shame on for another week. Poor boy.
