Somehow (in the move perhaps? or I just hadn't checked it?) I lost one of the screws in my Thorowgood saddle (to change the gullet). I emailed their customer service and by return got a very nice, helpful reply and within a couple of days TWO new screws arrived from the UK. Free! How brilliant is that?

Very, little things like that make us go back so they know what they are doing but service like this is still too rare. Unfortunately my new but second hand T8 VSD is starting to show a lot of wear around my right knee ummm thinking it's me!!

So sorry I have just remembered when my saddler came out to check the above saddle on Dude he gave me 4 split washers that Thorowgood were handing out as the saddles were built without them and screws (for gullet change) were falling out. Maybe want to check you have them.
