I cannot praise this rug enough! Murph has been wearing it almost full time, until it's rained this last few days, for about 3 weeks and has not got a single bite on him. Usually he's covered, especially around his bits, but i bought the version with a belly flap and the super design means he's almost head to knee covered. The other rugs i've tried have all left him with a few minor bites and our flys have seriously been out in force recently (we're near a river and lakes) so it's looking good so far. Not the cheapest option (it is the cheapest prem equine option though) but in my opinion it was money well spent. I'm now debating whether the fit would be right for Harry (it's not adjustable on chest as the turnouts are) and whether i want to spend so much to see it potentially ripped to shreds. This is it from the catalogue

Forgot to say, the sizing's are generous, i bought 6ft and it's plenty big enough, (he sometimes needs 6ft 3), and the neck length is fab, he has a real giraffe neck but it comes right up to his ears even when his head is stretched down to graze.

Ive been debating the PE fly rugs- theres one that is rainproof that I fancy. Bit skint though!

Yes i looked at that one, great idea, but needed the better coverage more. They are pricy but the quality is spot on, as ever, i spend my refund from Harry's rug on it...just don't tell Harry!

I have the rain proof one, given the weather in Scotland. It's brilliant, but the sizing not as generous as anticipated. But it's a great rug.
Wait for it to pop up on their daily deal email. It was on, on Friday so won't come around again for a couple of weeks, but it's usually 10-20% off
