Another stupid accident. I slipped down a stony path in the pitch black (coming home from watching a magnificent firework display) and fell heavily to my knees.I bashd my bad knee again and it is very sore but not as painful as the other knee as I have sliced through the flesh just below the knee cap. A nurse was here and said it should have been stitched but I couldn't be bothered so it is sort of held together with butterfly stitches. Very sore indeed
