Well i think we are in for a bad storm tonight. It has been rumbling with thunder non stop for 15 minutes. I've never heard thunder go on for so long, it is still at it!! Just want it done with so my headache will clear up. With a bit of luck it will clear the air aswell.

I think it's on it's way. MY Oh's dad lives further south in notts and says they have had like a monsoon...it's made a great big split in the road outside their house apparantly and they have had to stop the traffic until police etc get there. He rang to tell us if it starts to rain heavy to get ducks in as the drops were like footballs and he was worried it would kill them if they got caught in what they had.
Our power keeps flickering and has been off a couple of times already. Stay safe

eek hope it missed you Fi.
We never got the really bad stuff other night, thankfully, it must have skirted us but it had heavily hit the village where my vets is based as they had flooded when i rang to book the boys in for their MOT.

He came quite bad here. It was going on for about 3 hours. One clap of thunder, when it had finally stopped doing the constant rumbling, was really loud. It sounded like an outbuilding on the farm near me had fallen down, which wouldn't surprise me if it had!! The horse weren't bothered about it all though, they stood in the middle of the field eating. It didn't clear my headache though, i guess it was one of my everyday headaches and not caused by the weather.
