You might not think it funny but i did . I can't remember how i came across it.

That's quite funny! The silly noises are from the film Bruce Almighty me thinks, when Bruce (Jim Carrey) is making Evan (can't remember the actors name) do silly things whilst reading the news on the telly (because that is obviously what you'd do if you suddenly had the power of god...make people look silly on telly )
