I took Pete out with YO on 16hh cob on Thursday and we had a longish ride with a longish trot. On the way home he was definitely tired, I was quite concerned but tried not to worry too much. So he had yesterday off and today H and I went out for five miles He felt strong, balanced and when we had a longish trot on a soft edge of field I even let him do a couple of strides of canter Felt so good, bless him he was slow then for a bit but when we turned for home he was marching along again like a steam train. Rest day again tomorrow then more fun on Monday ;D ;D ;D
