Was just dancing with the dog in the kitchen, trying the argentine tango seen as he is incapable of a waltz , it seems that there was some water spilled from his bowl that was not cleaned up and in socks on a lino floor its lethal. I slipped backwards 6stone of dog tumbling after and now I feel all achey. I've stretched the muscle in the back of my leg and it hurts when I breathe, the dog decided he would rather just get up and walk away rather than help his poor sister to her feet.

Still a little ouchie, got no sympathy at work, they all think its a ridiculous idea to get a dog to dance especially my enormous clumsy one, I think its sheer brilliance and they will eat their words when Simon Cowell comes knocking .
