Well thought I better ride the beast today despite no riding buddies. Tacked up and planned to hack out after a short lunge to warm his back up Well he was a lunatic on the lunge, leaping and bucking like a nutter. I really didn't fancy getting on him then, he was high-blowing and properly silly! I lunged him longer instead of hacking and just got on him for five minutes in the school at the end. Managed another couple of short trots in the school too. ;D I think he is feeling pretty good! Will just keep going I think unless he gives me cause for concern.

Sounds like he's enjoying being back in work!! It must be great to feel that you can push on a bit now.

Sounds like more spring silliness, as in my thread.

He sounds full of it Sol and although its unnerving its actually good news! Hope he's a bit calmer today; I'm dreading getting on AJ has he's been stood in his stable for a week apart from 2 hours yesterday - it should be fun; anyone fancy a thrilling ride?
