Back in the saddle

Murph finally sound again (fingers crossed he stays so) and i actually rode for the first time since the summer hols ended on saturday, just a short slow hack but no napping (or silliness, They both were total slugs!) hopefully we're back on track again.

Mind you finally got my vets bill today in honesty a bit less than i had expected as my emergency visit had same call out charge as a normal in hours visit but it's still an ouch!

That brilliant Haffy that he's sound. I'm sure it was lovely to finally get out again for a little ride.

*touchwood* he's still sound and totally unbandaged/booted out in all in the muck again.

Managed a couple more rides including a lovely one with my old friend C today but dark nights mean it's w/ends only now. back to his old self and no napping so far so i'm hoping it was either something brewing with the hoof or the tooth, guess i'll probably never know which now.
