I personally think Boris is one of the greatest British orators, he has that knack of laughing at himself and uses irony in its best sense with wit and humour, his timing is impeccable. Not sure if he is PM material but when you look at some of the other candidates in recent years then why not? He has done some other fantastic speeches recently, they cheer me up and inspire me when Im flagging! I love the quip about creating a generation- so funny!
