If a bridle is under 6 months old (have the receipt) and snaps under slight stress, would you guys consider taking it back?
The same stress was placed on my sabre bridle, which doesnt show any signs, just took the billet off my jeffries reins...

I would as it is obviously "not fit for purpose", and remember your contract is with the shop not the manufacturer, the shop has the contract with them so don't let them tell you it's not their problem, stand your ground! Only problem i can see is that they may suggest you used it improperly ie tied the horse up with it etc. However if you shop there regularly they may prefer to show good customer service but don't let them fob you off - mention "trading standards" and they may alter their view! Good luck zx
