I was lucky enough today to see the olympic torch paraded through York. So lucky in fact that we saw the transfer of the flame from one torchbearer to another just a metre away from my face. It was a really aweinspiring spectacle and I honestly can't wait for the opening ceremony now just to watch Britain at its best (hopefully) If you haven't been to see it so far I recommend it!!

In work when it went through my area so missed it, but luckily before it was being paraded we had one of them on my yard (I wouldn't like to say how!) and we were able to take turns with it and get a few photos. That was fun.
