Ok advice please, Pete is fat Barney is slim, they don't need the same food. I need Pete off the grazing, Barney tries to jump out of the field is Pete not there! Help! H not happy to feed him hay while I starve Pete. Don't blame her! Could at great expense tape Pete a bit of the field worry Barney will spring him, he has gone through electric before!

not easy - can you get Barney another friend who will keep him company when pete is away, or can you use a grazing muzzle on Pete?

This is difficult and I sympathise as Mr T will go through any fence to get to his mates. The only solution is a grazing muzzle.

Not an answer to your actual problem I know, but you should be able to feed Pete hay though - even when losing weight they should eat a minmum of 1% (i think, will check) of roughage a day - you can soak it to make it even less nutritious.
