Hello all,
I'm new here, my name (if you havent already worked it out) is Faye.
I'm based in shropshire in the UK.
I currently own 4 ponies, I do alot of showing and dressage.
I currently own:
Harvey my 12.2hh section B, he was my first pony and I've owned him over 20 years (scarey thought), he is now the wrong side of 30 but still rules the yard.
Pride, my 13.2hh showpony, he is now 28, I've owned him 15 years and he is still in full work, throughly enjoying himself and competing to a decent level when I can find a child who fits on him and is a good enough rider.
Rian my arab, he is pure bred, got a list of wins as long as your arm in the show ring and is extremely beautifull. Unfortunatly 8 years ago he had an accident in a trailer and he is now permanantly lame and a field ornament.
Reeco is my most recent addition, I've only owned him for just over a month. he is a 3 yearold section D x hanoverain coloured pony. Should hopefully make about 15.2hh, small hunter type. Hopefully he will be my HOYS horse.
I only bought Reeco after loosing my pony of a lifetime, Stan was a 14hh connemara, I'd owned him 10 years and he had taken me to the top in the show ring as well as being practically perfect in every way and being my best friend through some fairly hard times. Stan was a truely beautiful pony both inside and out and it was an absolute honor to have had him in my life. When he died he was 20 years old, fit as a fiddle competeing at top level and still winning.
so thats a bit about me tell me a bit about you?
