you can take a freeze frame from a video so i can have a perfect pic of me and bloss jumping rather than my sisters rather poor attempts at mid jump pics - usually horses bum or horses head!!

If you use quicktime then you pause the vid when you want to capture it, and then press print screen (prt sc on my laptop), then paste into paint and save it. ;D
