Me n OH went out for another really long ride y.day, (even took a picnic ;D ) Anyways Fire was having his first time out on the road with me on him. we'd just seen the first car which had pulled off the road to let us past. (its super narrow). Just walking past when i heard click-click-click-click-click coming from behind us. Turned around and there was a bicycle t the side of his bum, a very close bicycle! abruptly followed 2nd bicycle.

I know that Fire hadn't seen them till the last min either but he didn't move a muscle, just watched them go past. Couldn't have been more proud We then saw a man zooming down the curved hill bit in a jag, he was going really fast and had to completley slam on the brakes (I think he thought he was jeramy clarkson). it was a bit scary! Dunno if there are many people like this on roads?

Then to top it all of we heard a motorbike coming towards us, I did just hop off at this point cos there was no where to go. He very very kindly slowed right up but had no choice but to pass very close. Pony was good as gold He is really coming into his own, hes more like the pony he 5-6 yrs ago before everything started to fall to pieces. Finally we came across two people on foot and when they came up parraell to him he stopped, turned his head towards them, as if to say "I'm a good pony I must be patted", then after they'd made a fuss of him he happily carried on Cheeky devil.

to answer your question, yes there are many people like 'jeremy clarkson' on the roads lol!!

I tell you Trav must be making his mark on him. Fire is probs thinking...hmmm look, Mum seems to like the way he gets on, perhaps i should be the same - after all i cant let him be Mums favourite!'
He flippin knows rightly doesnt he FL! Hes a smart pony!

Fire seems to have settled down since Trav's arrival, maybe he simply needed another horse to complete his herd and maybe if Trav has asserted his dominance over Fire then Fire doesn't feel he needs to be so protective/on his guard the whole time as there is another horse there who will take that responsibility.
