I've not been managing very well with the crutches over the last couple of days but I put this down to needing more practice. Last night my OH decided that they were the wrong height so he put them a little higher and moved the arm supports up to almost elbow height. What a difference, I can move around again at an almost decent pace rather than being slower than a snail. So, my OH, my hero

He's also doing all the washing up, cooking, cleaning......... but I'm not sure how long that will last for
