So I'm sat in an English lesson the other day taking excessive notes for my exam. The girl next to me is taking none and when the teacher asks why she simply says "It's OK i'll copy Lucy's at the end". Now not only do i not agree with copying and will not allow anyone to copy my work. but I hate that i was put in the situation getting a bollocking after class about something I never did. This girl is already on her last warning for not doing any work and failing her subjects and I have tried to help her in lessons by explaining certain things she has asked me about but i draw the line at actually doing her work for her. There is a reason I am getting A's and B's in my classes because I am working my backside off to get my work done to the highest standard I can.

Good for you! Stick to your guns and don't let her copy. She sounds like one of those people who thinks "help" means doing it all for her.

Like Flo says - don't let her copy! And when she fails, maybe then she'll realise that to do well in life you actually have to put some effort into it!

BTW this girl has also missed two major coursework deadlines for our english work. I am not a bitchy type and have been noted by my teacher for trying to help this girl but it seems nothing goes in.
I have been working hard to get my grades (as well as natural talent for health and social apparently).

Grrr anyway a weekend away will do me good and i have no work to do cos i've done it all
