Came downstairs this morning to find possibly the biggest spider I have ever seen outside Australia marching around the edge of my dining room ceiling! If that wasn't bad enough it has now vanished!!!! Now totally paranoid and not sure where it will next appear Zx

am feeling a touch of deja vu here as thats what happened to me one morning. We also trapped a huge one running about the dining room - it was the full width of a glass!!!

 You need a man Zara (if only to run off quicker and scream even louder than you!) we use to have one with really long legs who use to run from behind TV to behind settee and back again everynight about the same time...usually with jade trying to catch/eat him  ....haven't seen him for a while so maybe she got him

Aww poor lickle spider. We have one in the field shelter and he's become really tame. He's got a name and everything, Harry though he may be a Harriet  . I like spider just not really huge ones or really tiny ones, they run too fast |

Spiders are good and hardly ever bite! They do eat flies tho'.

"Eric" has failed to put in another performance so far today and I hope that he has gone back to whence he came ie the hole in the ceiling where new boiler pipes are or back down the cellar! I could never do him any harm but i am praying he will just stay invisible! Zx

Haffy i think the last thing I need is a man! All any woman needs is a spider catcher, a jar opener and a ********! The thought od a long legged man running out from behind your TV has put a smile on my face!  Zxx PS still no sign of Eric |
