I had some great presents this year but after being on a diet for what seems like forever, I was really looking forward to pigging out on chocolate!  There wasn't any though. Not one little choccy, not even a sniff of any chocolate entered my house  I am determined to get myself a very large bar of Galaxy and eat it in secret (I'm not sharing with anyone  ). Then I'll feel guilty, go back on the diet and get in that gym  |

I wanted the new Zelda DS game, but nope, not a sign of it. Ah well can't feel too bad as got loads of lovely things. Florence, I was the same though - not one choccy!

^^^ maybe people thought they were helping by not bringing temptations to your door? (or maybe they wanted the chocolates all to themselves!) What was not under my tree...erm...the great big bag of carrots that I promised Faith -whoops! Ah well, she got them the next day  |

I got lovely things but nothing horses (sigh) despite some very broad hints especially for new riding gloves!
Still, my sister gave me loads and loads of old Horse and HOunds so I had great reading for a few days but I'm finished them all now. Weird really as it was like reviewing the year - Oliver Townsend, Europeans, See the Stars etc.
Girls, I can't believe you went through Christmas with NO chocolate!!! I am amazed and in awe. I am not a big choccie person but I always have loads at Christmas (along with loads too much other food, wines, drink, cheese etc)

hee hee. All I reallly wanted for xmas was some snow and we had it. Although if the giant tin of Quality street hadn't been there I woulda cried Just wouldn't be xmas without it. If he wasn't under your tree Haffy, you'll just have to go find/kidnap him yourself |
