I slipped on the ice Not only did i slip on the ice, I landed head first on the concrete. I managed to do a 180 and landed the way I'd be coming! So a trip to the Walk-In-Centre for me where I have mild concussion. My eye has closed up so I look like I've been in a fight with Mike Tyson and I think I've damaged my knee where I damamged it last time . I'll live though but it really hurt! Yes, I'd been crying and from that angle I have a massive nose!

omg that looks really sore- you poor thing.
hope the concussion is not too bad- you take care- typical though - you live through the wild mattie antics and go boosh on your own 2 feet! that will be a cracker when the bruising comes out.

OOOHHH, that looks nasty I saw a woman today walking up the street and big sheets of ice fell from a shop roof and she tumbled to the icy ground. Poor old lady must have been about 70 ish but thankfully wasn't injured - she might have a sore head tomorrow however.

Oh Mosh, that looks really sore, you poor girl. I hope you feel better soon, what a shame. The pavements are really dreadful aren't they? I nearly fell yesterday in the middle of Glasgow!

you should see my eye now!!
Swollen shut and a lovely purple colour! I keep finding bruises everywhere and everything is so sore. I'll live but my god my eye is such a mess. I have a contact lense in and I can't get at it to get it out cause my eye is so swollen.

You poor thing! That bump looks huge Everywhere is so treacherous at the moment. Make sure everyone makes a fuss of you. And if anyone else asks you can tell them it was due to one of Matties episodes - much more dramatic than slipping on the ice!!

lol. I've been telline people I lost a fight with gravity. Went to Tesco hopinh I wouldn't see anyone and obviously I saw my aunty and uncle, godmother, cousin and her OH and new baby and my friend from up the road!!
So sore at the minute, wake up sore, I'm okay in the day and then the day wears on I get sore and tired again. My eye has been open some of today but its starting to droop again
