lol my two have theirs on too!
We've only got a bit at min but it's frozen solid and has been since about 3 o clock...so hoping it ever dumps it down overnight so i don't have to go to work or it all dissapears and becomes milder because if not roads are gonna be shocking...

We have a thin layer of snow I want enough to see if I can build a standing up horse this year. Mer is very unimpressed with snow. We have had thunder and flash lightning too!

we are forecast a fair bit this weekend - can see our christmas party on saturday being a bit quiet or having to go down the main road and tow people up the drive!

we have what looks like snow from a distance and it falls like snow but is actually hailstones. not impressed as the roads are gonna be lethal for the first time of driving since i hurt my neck, i cant even stay another night in college as we have to be out of our rooms by 7pm tomorrow. that reminds me - i had better start packing!!!!

Loughborough has no snow thank god!
Went to oakham vets today (20 miles away) and they have had nearly a foot of snow in an hour...!

I was walking the dogs through the woods when the whole sky lit up. Eek! Quickly turned round and marched home. Several villages round here have been without power all day, and we've lost it on and off.

We have a thin layer that has turned into ice over time...still, we're not chickens and have been out hacking in it and loved it

We have tons of snow here, you are all welcome to come and take some. At least it was warmer today and I managed to use the hose to fill my troughs.

still snowing here, but doesn;t seem to be getting much deeper, but forecast is for it to continue on and off until Tuesday!
called all the horses in (having put them out in the field for a few hours) Chomps slipped on the concrete and went down as he ran straight past me for his stable (they usually all stop) he seems fine though.
Brave proved he is truely a mountain pony by going where he shouldn't jumping down a bank but being truely sure footed.
note to self tomorrow close the gate so they can't canter onto the concrete.

You're welcome to it! Snow makes life very difficult here. My friend's van went sideways and blocked the lane coming out of the village 2km away (she wanted me to bring some sand down - but how? ? It was impossible even in the 4x4 - dunno why she thought it was a good idea to go out in her prissy van anyway, silly moo) We've now got driving rain and wind (trees coming down) and I have to go and inspect my outside tap down by the paddocks - no doubt it will have exploded as we were at -8 for days .... I hate winter
