just nipped out to see how they were getting on with the arena and it has started to SNOW!!!
very lightly, and not settling but still its real snow!
lets hope this doesn't hold them up.

Wow!!! (but hope it doesn't stop work....)
Our weather has suddenly turned quite cold, but it feels much colder today because of the nasty wind, which was bringing trees down all around me today, so no riding lesson. Everyone has been saying we are in for a 'rigorous' winter. I hope that means cold and dry but not wet. I don't do wet.
Don't mind a bit of snow though.

i heard there was supposed to be snow yesterday. it was horrible today - howling wind and rain and freezing.

We've just been hit by all the rain. I love snow but only when it really dumps it down and only for a day - any longer I'm fed up of it. Nothing beats seeing the neds out in a crisp clean snowy field though.
