 well on sunday I shall be captaining a team in the show to raise money for the Highland Hospice!! looks like fun! if nothing else I can be sure of getting wet! www.itsaknockout.co.uk/spending this afternoon raising sponsership so wish me luck on both counts!

its was sooooo much fun!! I did however get whiplash on the foam hill thing!! I have to say it was a lot harder physically than I thought!! I was knackered but hey it was for a good cause and as a team we have raised over a thousand pounds!!! need to take my pendrive to work tomorrow and get the pics on it! www.justgiving.com/carole-macdonald/ |
