Hi i promised i would let you all know how my friends horse got on with the vet yesterday. Well he took another blood sample but thinks she looks a lot better it is hard when you see them every day to judge. She is not out of the woods yet but he okayed her being ridden gently and said keep feeding her up. She hasn't collapsed again since that first week so maybe whatever it was is better? Who knows fingers crossed.

No more collapsing is the best bit.
