Sorry for dredging up an old thread but I am gonna be showing Daisy soon. Her passport name is “Springwell Jade” (urrggghhhh spew spew!!!)) – I hate it! I was originally gonna call her “midnight” but when we were trying to load her when we bought her my YO called her Daisy and it kinda stuck. So is the show name just the name you write down when you enlist for a class? Doesn’t it need to be on the passport? I call Daisy “DaisyDuke” quite a lot (is it the dukes of hazard?) but am wondering whether to give her a showname or not! Advice please oh great ones!!!

I don't think it has anything to do with the passport - though a lot of people may use the 'full name' on the passport. If they are registered with a particular society they would ususlly be registered under their full name and shown as such - eg Sancy is registered with Weatherbys as Norton de Sancy (but we dont show!!. Patricks showname is Patrick Starfish but his passport just reads 'Patrick'
What about 'Whoops a Daisy' ;D

I think Springwell Jade sounds really posh - like those top show ponies and all.
But do also love Whoops A Daisy!
Kierans is Kilkieran Lad which I think is quite fancy lol!

Loveeeee Whoops A Daisy!! Mattie is: "Dark Pleasure" I don't like it but I'll show and compete as that name as thats what hes registered as and I can't think of anything else. Toby: "It Wasn't Me" mainly because of his habit of playing with things and then looking all innocent

Loving Whoops a Daisy.
Brave's is Morlyn Braveheart - thats is registered name so no option. Chompy - what else can their be aside from Chompy
I see loads of horses with show names, named after where they came from eg Consition Lad Westfield Missy
so that could also be an option

Urrrm Flying Fergus This is the names meaning - The boy's name Fergus \f(e)-rgus, fer-gus\ is pronounced FER-gus. It is of Scottish, Irish and Gaelic origin, and its meaning is "supreme man; highest choice". From Fearghas. Saint Fergus the Pict (eighth century) was an Irish missionary in Scotland. So maybe Saint Fergus Or you could go for a comedy aspect like Foocking Fergus

I think if you do one based on rainbows arabs sort of name, neighlass - i think they sound really well. Or you hear of breeding being used in the name which sounds really well too.
I like Dee Divine.

Well heres one for you I'm thinking of changing Matties name, not entirely sure I like his race name!
What would you give a 16.2 dark bay TB ouf dark trix/castle keep. Born in Barnard Castle, up North with a lot of french/irish blood. He's also a cheeky chappy!
