The indoor cross country jumping on Horse & Country at the weekend? (think it was saturday)
It was brilliant!! Couple of HORRIBLE corner jumps..lots of run outs.
Never seen indoor X-country before...no penalties for a refusal or anything...its all on time, which makes it well good fun!!

used to have one near us in devon i always wanted to do it but it seemed to be on a really windy day and dad wouldnt drive the lorry cos it was too dangerous

It was on again last night, great to watch. Poor old Polly Stockton nearly ended up head first down a well. It was on as " British Open Showjumping" I think.

Yes, I saw it and it was so funny. The event riders all had their body armour on (and no wonder) and they went round like bats out of hell. Some of the fences were very narrow and the horses came out of a tight corner and said "NO WAY" quite seriously. Think the horses were used to more space and a bit of a gallop between fences. I don't think anybody was hurt, except perhaps for their pride!!
Really good entertainment.
