I imagine so...it is a muscle after all! Although cramp is from having lack of oxygen/build up of lactic acid within a muscle, so I think to get cramp in your backside you'd have to have been doing some serious bumcheek workout!!!

ooh cramp in your foot is awful...I also get it in the bridge of mine...pull your toes forwardsand backwards towards the front of your leg and it releases...not sure if it works on bottoms though!!

I don't know how pulling your toes towards the front of your leg will help bottom cramp, but I'd like to see someone try it!! ;D
And maxi - perhaps you wiggle your toes at night when you sleep? I mean, toes move easily, but to move your bumcheeks enough to get cramp in them requires rather a lot of effort! If anyone fancies giving it a go to see if you can get cramp in your bottom then please feel free (and also let me know the answer and a video would be very funny too!)
