Guess what i found at Holland and Barrett?? Yea drugs........ 8-)No side effects, they really calm anxiety ( you know your flight or fight reflex) When jumping or out hacking etc. They are called De-Stress and are only £3.99. TRY THEM THEY REALLY WORK. HONEST...............

Hi Popsicle This sounds great - anything to chill me out is really welcome. It won't make me so relaxed I go horizontal will it? LOL.

No they don't seem to have any side effects, they just calm you, you know, stop the butterflies.

sounds great- I tend not to have much faith in these kind of things but on your recommendation I'll definitely give it a go (if I can find it for sale) good tip

For me it works much better than rescue remedy or Kalms, a friend has tried them and they work for her too. Can't say they will defo work for everyone, but to me they are a minor miracle. Let me know how they work for the rest of you though. I might even get a years supply from Holland and Barrett for the free advertising (if they are watching) lol

I'll have to give them a go as I'm sure its me that makes my horse tense at competitions. I'm going to try some Rescue Remedy today before the show to see if that works.

Mandybean Don't know if you have a Holland and Barrett in Oz, but i'm sure they have a web site, they might be able to send them to you. They are a chain of health food shops here in the UK, nothing dodgy, they have shops in most large towns over here. They have a mix of hops, valarian and passionflower in them i believe. Good luck ;D
