Now you live a bit nearer civilisation be a devil and try it! As for taste...not sure...it tastes like marmite! Marmite flavoured crisps are yummy too.

A small amount on buttered toast is best first time...spread it on then scrape back off again...if you put it on like jam/choc spread etc it's vile!
