It was about 10.30pm Saturday 26th July and we were having a BBQ in the garden and happened to look up to see a strange fast floating object, that was sort of rectangle or cylinder shape (longer from top to bottom) with a red / orange colour at the bottom and lighter towards the top, it seemed to be floating, but really fast, it was quickly followed by another one. Everyone just put it down to lanterns or hot air balloon, but I looked at it thorough the binoculars and couldn't make it out any clearer,so it must have been a long way off and IMO was traveling much too fast for either one of these. It was out of sight within about 30 seconds. Then in the newspaper on Monday i read that more UFO sightings had been reported in the UK on that night (200 plus) than at any other time. My family still is still not convinced though, But who knows? DID ANYONE ELSE SEE ANYTHING?

don't know if i believe in that stuff but would be cool to have aliens around

we quite often see a little flashing light darting around in the sky , im convinced its apizza delivery man cos it seems to go from star to star

No but I did see something at the Eden Project on Friday night at the K T Tunstall concert!!! A ball of gold light appeared went in an arc and then disappeared - it did that 3 times over about half an hour! Loads of people saw it there - not just me!!

OH Popsickle you do come up with the most interesting posts! Of course you saw a UFO because it WAS an unidentifiable flying object. I dont want sound bizarre but I have seen them in the past but not of the shape you describe. Perhaps thats whats been messing about with my broad band coz its been a git since the weekend. So far so good tonight.X

I told you aliens come and switch the children who are blooming into teenage hood.  Check around your neighborhood and see if anyone in particular talking about the strange behavior of their once darling little princess. ;D

OMG since you mentioned it I saw something funny this evening...but just dismissed it.... You should call a newspaper or something! What did you see? Can't see any point in reporting it now, didn't think to take a pic of it. The Sun has already covered the UFO thing from Saturday night anyway. |
