Anything like this or any chain emails/letters I delete or destroy. I get really annoyed if it's friends that pass them on as well, as I would never forward one to a friend. Don't be scared to delete them, they can't bring you bad luck. If you are superstitious, then as you delete them cross your fingers (other hand of course) and wish it back on them double!

If you can't be a good example -- then you'll just have to be a horrible warning.
