Just had BIG discussion at weekend with friend about BHS qualifications. Up here they are trying to encourage everyone to do Coaching certificates with the attendant courses at the attendant prices.
Sorry but the taster one that I was on was a bit half baked, friend also was on one for pony club which did not tie in with some of her ideas(and she has lots of experience and is a psychologist)
I feel my qualification all be it a bit old, has been devalued.
Anyone else come across this?
