someone has stolen a pic of roo which is copyrighted by the guy that took it and have now put it in a magazine advertising a camera lens   am so angry and pissed off would love to use more French but there are children on hear they think some one has acted into my facebook and got them off there i wanted to warn everyone as i didn't want it to happen to anyone else. the guy isn't going to take me to court but is obviously v, v, angry as it's his work and they were really good I'm going to ask my lawyer her advice as i don't want pic's of roo in magazines and breath rant over |

omg what a cheek! I'd see what your options are too with the lawyer, they are copyrighted after all.

was the photographer aware you had them on fb? cos you have to click a box to say you have permisson to use them?
as the for person who stole them &*)%&^*%^*%&^*^&$%%_(*()%£* aka blinking cheeky. sue his bum off

yes he said it was ok to put them up there well iv taken them off if u put a pic on fb u r letting them have the copy right and they can sell that pic i thought it meant u have the owner's permission not so the company have said they want use it again but it was sold to a agency they cant find who sold it to them but they want use it i was OK as mine were copy righted but if u have Ur own pic's up they can take it and sell it and u can do nothing about it so be warned hope this dont happen to anyone else xxx  |

This has recently happened to me, in a different content. I rent out my apartment in Spain and I have it on serveral websites and some bu**er has pinched my local senery shots and copied word for word my description of the area included the spelling mistakes ! I am so annoyed as this low lifes apartment is up a steep hill and cheap whilst mine is beach front and cost me a fortune.. |
