Oh becca don't give up. Personally I would leave as I agree with Jack. You cannot do anymore than what you are doing to try and get along with these people. Just a suggestion but have you ever just taken this person to one side on their own to ask what their problem is and that their attitude is immature? When the bully is on their own they turn in to cowards. Very surprised at your YO attitude too doesn't she care about her clients after all it's you that is the paying customer. gggrrrrrrr yards!!!

Leaving does seem the best option but i don't want to just go anywhere so what we are going to do (i mean me and my friend not me and bern haha) is keep a log of every minor thing that they do that is intimidating or just plain rude and when we leave or after a certain amount of time take it to the yard owner. Will be better than running down 3 times a week "telling tales".

Jack i would love to come join you, 12 acre to ourselves sounds heaven but the travelling may be an issue haha.

Flash unfortunately the YO has to stay un biased which i can understand but the yard we are on in about a mile up the hill from the main livery yard and is meant to run it's self, which it did for many years.
