OMG!!! what an amazing cross country day!! certainly has not been a dressage competition at all! watched every round and now my bum is numb!

Kateflashy- I'm very impressed you being friends with Lucy (can't spell her surname)- she's a great rider and writes a column in Horse magazine which I always enjoy reading- not like the usual boring ego columns most sportspeople write. You obviously evented at a high standard before you moved to France! I know from reading the column that she hopes to be picked for olympics - her chances now must be pretty good.

duckles ---- didnt know her thru eventing but show jumping she only lived about 10 miles from me and would often compete against her
i think she has got a good chance of selection she's alw<ays been just outside before

Eugh, never be an offical ... (yes it was spelt offical on my coat, still have the coat, can take pics) at badders... i was stood with a friend from 9.30 - 5.30 with no break, on the horse walk... Best part was the army guys in the stall next to the opening.... ahhh was the best bit chatting to them!

Wow! Youre lucky. I was going to go back tomorrow for proper shopping, but after consulting my finances, i realised i really couldnt afford the petrol or the entry, let alone the shopping!!!
I was near a programmes stand, next to the army lot! ;D
